Break the statistics – 25N Madrid
Campaign

For 25 November 2021, we worked with Madrid City Council to develop a campaign that focuses on gender-based violence against women with disabilities, a reality where the figures are even more alarming.

Graphically, the proposal eschews any artifice. We opted for a raw and direct concept, dispensing with all extra decoration to use only a black Palo Seco font on a pure white background. The only striking visual element is the slogan ‘Rompe el dato’ (Break the data), where we fractured the font in different ways to emphasise the seriousness of the situation and the urgency of breaking that statistic.

This visual identity was displayed throughout the city, adapted to bus shelters and large media such as the screens in Callao, Jácometrezo and FNAC, alongside audio pieces for social media and radio. Because although there is still a long way to go, we must not lose the will to fight.
